Anti Friction Preparations
 
Non Melt High Temperature Compound
  
• A  high  performance,  High  temperature resistant (up to 300°C) prepared     on synthetic oil and solid lubricants.

• Highly   resistant   to   water  wash  out  and  will  not  emulsify  with  water.

• Appropriate where greases melt due to high temperature.

• Ideal  for  highly  loaded  and  slow   moving  parts  such  as conveyors for      stove enameling ovens, Drying plants etc.

Silicone Compounds

• A versatile  lubricating preparation possessing unique characteristics and     a non-toxic in nature.

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
• Non-carbonizing,  Oxidation  resistant ,  Non - solidifying ,  Bleed  and  Drip     resistant, Mild acid and Alkali resistant,  Moisture resistant and serviceable     over a wide temperature range from 40°C to 220°C.


• Used  as  mould  release  agents for   plastics ,  Rubber   and  Even metal     castings,  Weatherproofing, Corrosion protection,  Insulation and  Moisture     barrier applications in electronics.

Contact Compounds

• These are the soft, Buttery preparations based on synthetic oils.

• Can   be   applied   on  contacts  of  mechanical   TV   tuners ,  All  types  of     switches used  in the automobile Industry,  Potentiometers, Relays, Rotary     switches ,   Toggle   switches   used   in   electronic   equipment   etc.
